GIORNO 1 – TSAVO EAST

Partenza alla mattina presto dal vostro resort. Il Parco Nazionale dello Tsavo East fu istituito nel 1948 e con

la sua estensione di 11.747 kmq, è il più grande parco del Kenya, di cui la gran parte aperta al pubblico e

la restante dedicata alla ricerca. Lungo la strada

verso il parco si incroceranno: la più estesa foresta

del Kenya, i tipici villaggi africani con la caratteristica terra rossa ed il panorama circostante via via muterà.

Sosta al Crocodile point sul fiume Galana, che

passa lungo l’altipiano Yatta e dove avverrà il primo incontro con gli animali nel loro ambiente: i

coccodrilli.

Diverse piscine naturali e dighe, vengono usate come pozze d’acqua dagli animali. Ingresso al parco Tsavo East ed inizio del primo game drive (fotosafari), alla ricerca degli animali della savana: ippopotami, elefanti, leoni, zebre, giraffe, gazzelle, bufali, babbuini.

Arrivo al lodge/campo, check-in e consegna stanza, per il deposito bagagli. Pranzo a buffet, relax in piscina, o in camera. Partenza per il secondo game drive (fotosafari) sino al tramonto, quando si tornerà al lodge/campo, per la cena ed il pernottamento.

GIORNO 2 – TAITA HILLS

Colazione al mattino presto, partenza e game drive (fotosafari) per raggiungere il parco Taita Hills. All’arrivo al lodge su palafitte, avverrà la consegna della stanza, si consumerà il pranzo e ci si riposerà in camera, o in piscina. Ripartenza per il game drive (fotosafari), pomeridiano, sino al tramonto. Ritorno al lodge/camp per la cena ed il pernottamento.

Taita Hills è l’unico parco in Kenya, in cui è possibile effettuare safari notturni (pagamento a parte), durante i quali vi è la possibilità di assistere a cacce notturne di animali. Il game drive (fotosafari) inizia intorno alle ore 20 e dura un’ora circa, accompagnati da un ranger del parco.

GIORNO 3 – TSAVO OVEST

Colazione al mattino presto, partenza e game drive (fotosafari) per raggiungere il parco Tsavo Ovest. Il Parco ospita gli animali tipici del Kenya, leopardo incluso, la più vasta popolazione di elefanti Bacca Rossa e svariate bellezze naturali, come le montagne e colline semi aaride simili al deserto, boschi di acacie, boschetti di palme, fiumi ed il lago Jipe. All’arrivo al lodge/camp, avverrà la consegna della stanza, si consumerà il pranzo e ci si riposerà in camera, o in piscina. Ripartenza per il game drive (fotosafari), pomeridiano, sino al tramonto. Ritorno al lodge/camp per la cena ed il pernottamento.

GIORNO 4 – AMBOSELI

Colazione al mattino presto, partenza e game drive (fotosafari) per raggiungere il Parco Amboseli Rimeto Gate. Effettuazione del game drive (fotosafari), sino all’arrivo al lodge/campo alle pendici del Kilimangiaro, dove sarà consegnata la stanza, si consumerà il pranzo e ci si riposerà in camera, o in piscina. Ripartenza per il game drive (fotosafari) pomeridiano e ritorno al campo per la cena ed il pernottamento. Oltre agli animali, la bellezza di questo parco è dovuta principalmente al panorama mozzafiato del Kilimangiaro. Dopo cena spettacolo di benvenuto, da parte di una delegazione della tribù Masai.

GIORNO 5 – RIENTRO RESORT

Colazione al mattino presto e partenza per il game drive (fotosafari). Nelle vicinanze sarà possibile visitare il villaggio Masai, assistendo alle danze tipiche, visitando le abitazioni chiamate Manyatta ed eventualmente, acquistando souvenir per sostenerne la comunità. Usciti dal parco, si raggiungerà la città di Voi, dove si pranzerà e riposerà brevemente. Infine si rientrerà al resort, con arrivo nel tardo pomeriggio. Lungo la via del ritorno, se avrete portato cibo o vestiario da donare, ci si potrà fermare dalle famiglie che si incontreranno.

Abbigliamento estivo durante il giorno: cappello, occhiali da sole. Antizanzare tropicale, crema solare ad alta protezione, costume da bagno, adattatore per presa di corrente, macchina fotografica, binocolo. Abbigliamento più pesante per la sera.

DAY 1 - TSAVO EAST

Early morning departure from your resort. Tsavo East National Park was established in 1948 and with its extension of 11,747 sq km, it is the largest park in Kenya, most of which is open to the public and the rest dedicated to research. Along the way to the park you will cross: the largest forest in Kenya, the typical African villages with the characteristic red earth and the surrounding landscape will gradually change.

Stop at the Crocodile point on the Galana river, which passes along the Yatta plateau and where the first encounter with the animals in their environment will take place: the crocodiles.

Several natural pools and dams are used as pools of water by animals. Entrance to Tsavo East park and start of the first game drive, in search of the animals of the savannah: hippos, elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, gazelles, buffaloes, baboons.

Arrival at the lodge/camp, check-in and room delivery, for luggage storage. Buffet lunch, relax by the pool or in your room. Departure for the second game drive until sunset, when you will return to the lodge/camp, for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 2 - TAITA HILLS

Early breakfast, departure and game drive to reach

the Taita Hills park. Upon arrival at the lodge on

stilts, the room will be delivered, lunch will be

eaten and rested in the room or in the pool.

Departure for the game drive, in the afternoon, until sunset. Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

Taita Hills is the only park in Kenya, where it is possible to go on night safaris (extra payment),

during which there is the possibility of watching night hunts for animals. The game drive starts around 8 pm and lasts about an hour, accompanied by a park ranger.

DAY 3 - TSAVO WEST

Early breakfast, departure and game drive (game drive) to reach Tsavo West park. The Park is home

to the typical animals of Kenya, including the leopard,

the largest population of Red Berry elephants and various natural beauties, such as the semi-dry desert-like mountains and hills, acacia woods, palm groves,

rivers and Lake Jipe. Upon arrival at the lodge/camp, the room will be delivered, lunch will be eaten and rested in the room or in the pool. Departure for

the game drive (game drive), in the afternoon, until sunset. Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4 - AMBOSELI

Early breakfast, departure and game drive (game drive) to reach the Amboseli Rimeto Gate Park. Carrying out the game drive (game drive), until arrival at the lodge / camp on the slopes of Kilimanjaro, where the room will be delivered, lunch will be consumed and we will rest in the room or in the swimming pool. Departure for the afternoon game drive (game drive) and return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay. In addition to the animals, the beauty of this park is mainly due to the breathtaking view of Kilimanjaro. After dinner, welcome show by a delegation from the Masai tribe.

DAY 5 - RETURN TO THE RESORT

Early breakfast and departure for the game drive (game drive). Nearby it will be possible to visit the Masai village, witnessing the typical dances, visiting the houses called Manyatta and eventually, buying souvenirs to support the community. Leaving the

park, you will reach the city of Voi, where you will

have lunch and rest briefly. Finally we will return to

the resort, arriving in the late afternoon. On the

way back, if you have brought food or clothing to donate, you can stop by the families that will

meet.
